 5\,000.&nbsp\;This is enough to prepare an additional 100 animals for adop
 tion. Please remember the animals at the Kentucky Humane Society on Giving
  Tuesday with your donation!\n\n\n\nIt takes $250 to provide each animal w
 ith food\, medical care and a warm place to stay until they find their for
 ever home.&nbsp\;On this national day of giving\, will you make a lifesavi
 ng gift to help the dogs\, cats and horses in our care? We will share our 
 progress throughout the day on Facebook and Twitter.\n\n\n\nLet’s see ho
 w many more animals can&nbsp\;we can save&nbsp\;because of you and other k
