Are you a small business owner? Are you a local company looking to attract new customers? We invite you to join the fun and paw-ticipate as a vendor at our Waggin’ Tail Festival on Sunday, June 7, 2026 at Waterfront Park’s Festival Plaza!

*Smoking is prohibited in the vendor area.

Booth space at the event in a prime location, right after our sponsor booths in the main drag of the festival – same 10’x10′ space with 1 table and 2 chairs provided

Verbal recognition by the band/emcee at the event as a Preferred Vendor

While we will do our best to accommodate specific vendor booth requests, we cannot guarantee availability or placement. Booth assignments are determined based on event logistics and overall layout requirements. Please note that requests for shaded spots or locations near the front cannot be prioritized. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we strive to create an enjoyable experience for all participants.

We sincerely appreciate your interest in joining at the Kentucky Humane Society’s 32nd annual Waggin’ Tail Festival event and are truly grateful for your willingness to contribute. However, in our effort to focus on promoting and enhancing specific KHS programs that directly benefit the welfare of the animals at our shelter, we kindly request that businesses falling within the following lines of service refrain from applying as vendors: Dog Training, Pet Resort/Doggy Day Care, or Grooming. Thank you so much for your understanding.

You hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Kentucky Humane Society, Waggin’ Tail on the Waterfront organizers, volunteers, underwriters, sponsors, employees, as well as the owner of the area where the event is held and the owners of any Waggin’ Tail related property for any action relating to Waggin’ Tail, including theft, damage or injury. Exhibitors agree to pay any reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the Waggin’ Tail or its organizers as a result of actions by the exhibitor, which are covered by this agreement. Your signature on the application form signifies that you understand all rules outlined herein and agree that these rules represent a contract and that no other agreement shall be binding between parties unless in writing and signed by the Development Director or another authorized Kentucky Humane Society representative.
