"Lazarus" is a 2000 chestnut 16hh Thoroughbred gelding who came to us to find a soft place to land when his owner was moving. He was once a racehorse but left the track a long time ago. So far he is a mannerly and friendly fellow. He does have a very faded lip tattoo, but it seems to be illegible.
Lazarus had been living as a pasture puff for years. A quick training evaluation determined that he does still remember how to be ridden and would make a nice partner for rides around the backyard, a trail stroll, or perhaps schooling dressage. He is a bit rusty under saddle, but tries to please and seems to have a good heart about him.
