Meet Jasper
Jasper is a 2.5-year-old gelding with a story rooted in resilience. Originally from the strip mines of Eastern Kentucky, this once-feral boy has come a long way and is ready to find a home of his own. Jasper is the perfect mix of curious and willing. He approaches the world with a thoughtful, easygoing temperament and a genuine desire to learn. He's quick to pick up on new things and shows a lot of try in everything he does, an excellent foundation for someone looking to continue his training journey. In the field, Jasper is easily caught and will often choose to follow you around just to see what you're up to. He enjoys attention, especially a good mane scratch, and is beginning to really connect with his people. Jasper is still young and will benefit from a patient, consistent adopter who can help him continue to build confidence and skills. With his kind nature and willing attitude, he has all the potential to become a fantastic partner. Jasper will be available for adoption at Equine Affaire, April 9th-12th.
