Join us for the Kentucky Humane Society’s Waggin’ Tail Festival – Louisville’s favorite dog-friendly family festival!

2026 will be the 32nd annual Waggin’ Tail Festival, and it is sure to be an exciting and heartwarming day for more than 1,000 animal lovers and their pets!

Families enjoy face painting and puppy cuddling; adults savor craft brews and food trucks; and four-legged attendees indulge in canine tattoos and dog portraits. With the help of our friends and community partners, last year we raised more than $100,000 – contributing to a cumulative total of nearly $2 million for the Kentucky Humane Society and its animals since 1998! This is a rain or shine event.
